Eric Courville serves as Coveo’s Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for Salesforce.com. Eric has a breadth of experience and expertise in building and enabling strategic global partnerships. Previously, he was VP Corporate Development at North Plains, a company offering enterprise search and management software for rich digital assets, where he was directly involved in the recruitment and enablement of new partnerships, and built a new partner program globally. Eric has also managed Strategic Alliance partnerships with companies such as Platform Computing (now IBM), PlateSpin, and SGI. Eric has a bachelor’s degree in business from Les Hautes Études Commerciales (University of Montreal) and is currently based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
